As a small jobbing foundry we recognise that our most important asset is our customer base and therefore provide value and reliability along with manufacturing expertise.
We serve a wide variety of industries from architectural [including spiral staircases, gates & railings] to general engineering castings [including high spec castings for the pottery industry].
Small volume runs & proto-types have become our speciality with very quick turn-around times. Proto-types can be taken from initial drawings, through pattern making to final production in a time frame to suit our customers needs.
Because we still use traditional methods of greensand casting techniques and individual bench Moulders rather than automated production lines we are totally flexible in our production of moulds from loose patterns or boarded patterns [individual or multiple impressions].
Our staff are a key part of the company. We have a very low turnover of staff, therefore keeping skilled craftsmen in place with many years of experience in the industry between them.
